Create your account.

• Enter your account information exactly as instructed on the form.
• Click the <Create Account> button at the bottom of the form.
• Record your username and password for future reference (i.e., when re-entering the system)

Complete the Workshop Registration

You can complete your forms in any order. You can also save an incomplete application and resume work on it at a later time.

• If your form has more than one page, use the navigation tools found on any of the pages to move forward and backward in the form.
  
  
• To save what you have done so far without exiting, click the <Save> button that appears at the bottom of each application form.
  
  
• To re-access your application and resume work, return to the online application main menu page, log in to your account using your username and password (under the Manage Your Account submenu), and select the form you wish to complete from the Application Forms submenu on the left side of your Account page.

Submit the application

Carefully check your form for errors. When you have completed all sections, click the <Submit> option in the left sidebar of your Account page. Please be advised that you can no longer make changes to your application once it is submitted.

Close your browser program when you are ready to end your Web session.
