Once created, your account can be used to save and re-edit your application, as well as submit your application to CMB. Be sure to remember your username and password.


 
The information you enter here will be automatically entered as the account holder. You must use your legal name. The name you enter here cannot be changed. Be sure to check the spelling and use of upper and lower case letters. Please do not use all capital letters.

Enter up to 8 characters for your desired username below with a valid email address. You will be able to log into your account with either your username or email address. Please use letters and numbers only for your username.

Note when choosing a username: Your username will be part of your transaction ID when your application is sent to CMB's Admissions Office.
